What if there is an emergency and my pet needs to go to the vet?

If there is an incident with your pet, you will be notified immediately. The pet will be taken to the veterinarian the owner lists on their intake form.

Do you groom cats or other animals?

At this time Mountain Pawfinder is only offering nail trims for $25 for small animals and well behaved cats.

Will my dog interact with other dogs or be kenneled?

Mountain Pawfinder provides a one on one service with your pet(s). They will not be kenneled while they are here for their appointment. That being said, upon completion of their groom, the owner will be given a 30 minute heads up to come pick their pet (s) up. A 15 minute grace window after that time will be given. Any stay longer than that will incur a $30 charge PER pet and they will be kenneled after the grace period. This is to help maintain a schedule, being that there is likely an appointment scheduled after your pet(s).
